Eric T. Furey, Jr. is a relentless litigator who will zealously defend the interests of his clients. He enjoys representing hard-working people in their fights against well-funded corporate opponents. Before attending law school, Eric spent nearly five years working as a private investigator for corporate clients that were defendants in injury lawsuits. During this time, he saw first-hand the lengths the corporations would go, and the expenses they would incur, to avoid paying money to people they negligently injured. It was seeing this uneven playing field that all individuals face when suing a much larger entity that convinced Eric he should go to law school so he could put his skills into working with the little guy against larger more well-funded opponents. Eric knows that his client’s cases are the most important events in their lives and he puts the effort and tenacity into his client’s cases to get them every dollar they deserve.
Eric was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Houston and South Texas College of Law Houston. When not working Eric enjoys cooking, reading, and watching sports.
